Webelos visit city hall
Meet at front desk of City Hall @ 3:50 PM. Scouts should arrive in Class A uniforms.
4-4:30 tour of city hall
4:30 meet with Johns Creek Mayor, John Bradbury
We will complete the mandatory “My Community” adventure requirements 1-2
1. Learn about majority and plurality types of voting.
2. Speak with someone who is elected to their position. Discover the type of voting that was used to elect them and why.
I’d also like to suggest each scout come up with a question in advance that they can ask the mayor. Please make sure it’s an appropriate question. I’ll ask the scouts their questions while we’re touring.
