Pack 2143 – All Ranks – Physical Fitness Activity
On Sunday, November 3 @ 4 PM, we will host Timothy Pritchard, the sensei of Aikido USA Dojo. https://www.aikidofight.com/
We will be meeting in the Worship Life Center (used to be the Gym) at Johns Creek UMC. Please enter at the door under the portico on the northwest side of the Church, walk straight until the hall, then take a right. You’ll be looking at Worship Life Center Doors.
Scouts should wear class B T-shirts if they have them, and athletic shoes and socks (no crocks/sandals).
Sensei Pritchard will lead scouts through some fitness activities, then some mindfulness/meditation and stretching.
This is a Pack opportunity for scouts to make significant progress on their mandatory physical fitness adventure
Lions will complete requirements 3&4 of Fun on the Run
3. Be active for 20 minutes.
4. Practice methods that help you rest.
Tigers will complete requirements 3 & 4 of Tiger Bites
3. Be active for 30 minutes.
4. Practice methods that help you sleep.
Wolves will complete requirements 3-5 of Running with the Pack
3. Be active for 30 minutes with your den or at least one other person that includes both stretching and moving.
4. Be active for 15 minutes doing personal exercises that boost your heart rate, use your muscles, and work on flexibility.
5. Do a relaxing activity for 10 minutes.
Bears will complete requirements 2-4 of Running with the Pack
