Monthly Pack 2143 planning meeting
Parents are welcome to attend monthly planning/leader meetings. Generally the Wednesday night before the next pack meeting.
This month will be Taco Mac @ 6 PM Taco Mac Duluth, 3543 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096
Discussion topics
1) Blue and Gold – on track, except need info from AOLs (who’s going to finish, what troop their going to, pictures for slideshow). JCUMC Family Life Center confirmed
2) Big Trip – need an update form Sammy, in particular on White House and hotel.
3) Pinewood Derby Jan 19-20. JC UMC Chapel is confirmed location
4) Pinewood build day – Jan 7, 2-4 PM
5) Spring Camping
6) Recharter wrap-up. recharter has been submitted, scoutbook roster should hopefully update Jan 2. I will send updated den contact lists to den leaders.
