Fall Camping – Trailblazer

Our Fall camping trip will be to the Order of the Arrow run Trailblazer campout at Bert Adams Scout Reservation in Covington, GA. Please see this webpage for more details https://www.campbertadams.org/trailblazer

Families will purchase tickets through the pack website and the Pack will register everyone as a group.

EVERYONE attending must have a completed Med Form which is good for 12 months which is available here

Health/accident insurance and policy number – this is whatever information is on your medical insurance card.
BSA insurance is secondary insurance, you don’t need to list anything for that, the form is asking for primary insurance information.

EVERYONE attending must agree to the Behavior Contract which is embedded in the event registration process and also available for review here.

If you turned in your health form in the Spring, I should still have it, but please contact me directly to ensure we have it. If not, you’ll need to do another one. If you turned one in last fall for 2022 Fall Camping, it’s no longer valid and you’ll need to submit a new one.
