Archers and Anglers

The District is hosting an archery and fishing event from 10 AM to noon @ Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 10250 Haynes Bridge Rd https://www.northernridgebsa.org/archersandanglers/ .

This is a “show up and have fun” type of event. It’s not coordinated by the Pack, there’s no registration, there’s no cost. If your scout wants to do some archery or fish. Show up! https://www.northernridgebsa.org/archersandanglers/ for more information. Wear your Class B T-shirt so others can know you’re from Pack 2143, and say to hello to other scouts and parents you might see from our Pack! In chatting with some parents tonight, it sounds like a some Pack families are definitely planning to attend. If my kids’ soccer schedule works out, I’ll plan on being there for party of the time.

A few pieces of information
1) archery – just show up. There will likely be some waiting involved, which is common for shooting sports
2) fishing – if you have a fishing rod and tackle, I suggest bringing it. They will have some gear there, but it will be available on a first come, first serve basis. If they’re all being used, you’ll need to wait your turn.
3) you do not have to be there for the full time. If you can make it from 10-11, that’s ok!
